Customise your bag to your liking. Start with a bag and build the look with your name, colour and font choice. Please note that every bag has different custom requirements, including character limit, colour and font options. You may request additional embroidery embellishments for certain products.
Please note that the total amount in your order form,' Build A Bag,' is not the final quotation as it does not include additional charges for 'Large' bags and delivery.
Based on the availability of our resources and capabilities, we will review your order request and send you a follow-up order confirmation email/message, including the invoice, payment instructions, and delivery date. Once you are ready to proceed and have reviewed your invoice, please provide us with the correct mailing address and proof of payment.
Delivery will only be available on weekends. Customers will be contacted prior to delivery dates.
Rozet makes every effort to display the most accurate representation of our products on our website and social media posts. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be the same as the colours on the physical products.
All our images and designs are copyrighted by Rozet and respective embroidery digitizers. Please do not use any of our images and designs without permission.
We do not accept any changes or cancellation to the order once payment has been made.
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong product, please e-mail us at hello@rozet.shop with a clear picture of the damage within 3 days after you received your purchase. We will be in touch with you on the following steps to take.
All our bags are lined with waterproof fabric, so you don't have to worry about spills and leaks. You can easily handwash the stains and dirt.
